THE APARTMENT

The apartment/flat on Teglgårdsstræde is situated for a perfect central stay in Copenhagen. This street is located with easy access to many of the cities best attractions, namely Tivoli Gardens for all and everyone and famously the shopping street Stroget. Norreport station is within easy walking distance and here you can come to and from all areas of the city and beyond. 

The apartment is recently fully renovated with comfortable modern furnishings. At arriving In your new and cosy surroundings on Teglgardsstraede there is everything in the apartment at your disposal to make you comfortable, for either a short or longer stay. 

We have placed a Safety Box in the apartment with room enough for both laptops and passports. The safety box is free to use, so you never have to worry about your valuables during your stay.

Each bedroom is aligned with a new and high quality, super comfortable bed and mattress with light wait warm quilts and scandinavia bedding. Storage place for your garments and luggage, and all bedroom amenities to make a peaceful comfortable nights sleep. Each bedroom is also equipped with a TV. 

The lounge area has also a TV with ample sofa space for everyone to engulf in together if wished. On the opposite side to the lounge there is a dinning table and chairs for 6 people. 

The immaculate kitchen is well equipped with all the utensils for making all types of meals, here you will find another small dining table and two more chairs. Along with a Coffee machine and washing machine and dryer to add to your everyday needs.

 

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Teglgardsstræde lays in one of the oldest and historic parts of Copenhagen. Gathering its name from the old university campus Founded in 1479 where Latin was widely spoken. It is still today a hot spot for students academics and creatives. The old artictecture with pastel coloured buildings and nooks and cranny’s where to hang out, with book shops to jewelry shops you will find a host of facsinating things to buy. 

Studiestræde Fiolstræde and Sankt Peders Stræde, all packed with peddling shops and side long cafes and restaurants. 

Hvitfelds Stræde is home to the cities main Synagogue finished in 1833. With the sightseeing of Hvor Fru Kirke (Our Lady church) and the Notre Dome Catherderal one can wind up in Gråbrødretorv (Grey Friars Square) a delightful cobbled stone square to eat lunch in one of the inside and outside dining restaurants. Peder Oxe being a favorit. If you are in the mood for exercise then a 685 feet walk up the spiral ramp of the Round Tower on Købmagergade, rewards you with a wonderful view of the city.
